After my killer workout this morning (that I was SUPER glad I went to even though I had some “excuses” not to) I was craving a delicious and healthy protein shake. So I came home and whipped this together in about 3 minutes. You can’t tell me you don’t have time for that. Super simple and tasty!
- 1 scoop raw protein powder (I use Sun Warrior – all natural and raw but still tastes awesome) – 80 cal. per scoop
- 1 banana – average 120 cal.
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk – 45 cal.
- Handful of ice cubes
Pop it all into a blender and blend away! Enjoy a sweet treat that is going to fuel and replenish your body after your workouts for only 245 calories (depending on the size of your banana).
